As far back as time can tell, it has been beneficial for birthing people to have supportive birth teams. It takes effort to establish that, and it is great to see you here taking charge and preparing for your experience! It is an honor to have the opportunity to be a part of your birth team. I am a DONA trained birth doula, a small business owner, and most importantly a mom! I am passionate about supporting expectant and postpartum parents through your journey by making sure you have everything you need for the overall health and well-being of you and your family. My focus is to provide you with comfort in every way possible. I strive to relieve any physical discomforts you may have, to empower you by ensuring you have the knowledge you need to make your own choices and to be present and supportive of your choices and feelings.


I have had my own residential cleaning business for 8 years, and I am so excited to be integrating birth work into my life! I am a single mom to an awesome 10-year-old son who is my pride, joy and daily entertainment. We have a cute and spunky tiny dog named Cookie, who enjoys sewing, gardening and doing anything I do, as long as I’m there! I love, love, love music and art of all kinds. I am very family oriented, and all my immediate family was born, raised and still lives here in beautiful sunny Pittsburgh.  Serving my community has always been not only my line of work, but also my passion. It is so very fulfilling to have the opportunity to now serve families through such an amazing and special time in their lives.
