After my first daughter was born, I recognized the powerful impact that childbirth has in a woman’s life. It was at that time that I knew I wanted to be a part of that experience with other women. Now that I have 3 girls… I have the privilege of following that desire by being a doula.

My goal as a doula is to help moms to feel loved, informed, and in control… even when circumstances may often feel otherwise. Whether a mom has a large support system or small, whether her birth plan is going perfectly or unexpectedly, I believe that having a constant supporter in her corner is valuable and essential. When we look back at our major life experiences, how much sweeter is it to remember feeling loved and supported! Because of that, I feel humbled to be able to give other women the support that they deserve and require during a very important time in their lives.

My husband, 3 girls and I live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
